Na podru\u010dju Parka prirode U\u010dka nalazi se registrirano letjeli\u0161te U\u010dka koje ima dva uzleti\u0161ta, Vojak i Brgud, te jedno sleti\u0161te, Boljunsko polje. Na podru\u010dju\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/aci-marinas.com\/kvarner\/\">Kvarnera\u00a0<\/a>djeluju dva kluba slobodnoga letenja, Homo volans i Krila Kvarnera.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brdski biciklizam<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vo\u017enja bicikla po \u0161umskim stazama i puteljcima poseban je izazov za ljubitelje vo\u017enje biciklom. No kako mnogi izletnici i planinari nisu bili odu\u0161evljeni dijeljenjem staza s biciklistima, danas na mnogim planinama postoje posebne biciklisti\u010dke staze. U Parku prirode U\u010dka postoji ih \u010dak osam, a kartu planinarskog podru\u010dja Op\u0107ine Lovran s opisom tih staza mo\u017eete prona\u0107i u turisti\u010dkim agencijama ili u turisti\u010dkom uredu u Lovranu. Ina\u010de, brdski biciklizam postao je olimpijski sport u Sydneyu 2000. godine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jedrenje na dasci<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tri su dobra mjesta za jedrenje na dasci na opatijskoj rivijeri: Preluk, Volosko i Mo\u0161\u0107eni\u010dka Draga. Ako ovaj sport nikada niste probali, lagani maestral savr\u0161en je za po\u010detnike, a prona\u0107i \u0107ete ga u popodnevnim satima u Mo\u0161\u0107eni\u010dkoj Dragi. Za one s ne\u0161to vi\u0161e iskustva tu je tramontana, koja pu\u0161e od zore do osam ujutro u zaljevu Preluk te u Voloskom. Kako tramontana slovi kao najbolji vjetar za jedrenje na dasci, tako je Volosko poznato kao jedno od najboljih mjesta za ovaj sport na cijelome Jadranu. Natjecanja koja organizira lokalni klub DSNM Volosko otvorena su i za amatere.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Slobodno penjanje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oni koji u\u017eivaju u savladavanju stijena i visina koriste\u0107i samo vlastitu snagu i spretnost nikako ne smiju propustiti priliku da posjete kanjon Vele drage na U\u010dkoj. S \u010dak 62 penja\u010dka smjera, ovaj je kanjon jedno od najatraktivnijih penjali\u0161ta u cijeloj Hrvatskoj. Penjati se mo\u017ee tijekom cijele godine, a tradiciju penjanja stijenama Vele drage zapo\u010deo je talijanski penja\u010d Emilio Comici, koji je u tom kanjonu jo\u0161 davne 1931. godine ispenjao
