Filming and Photography Fees
For many years, ACI marinas have been recognised as attractive locations for a wide range of filming and photography activities, owing to their unique locations, high-quality infrastructure and distinctive Adriatic setting. In order to ensure a transparent, professional and consistent approach for all users utilising marina areas for commercial purposes, ACI has introduced the ACI Marinas Filming and Photography Fees.
By introducing the Filming and Photography Fees, ACI clearly defines the conditions governing the use of marina areas for production activities, promotional activities, photography and audiovisual projects.
The Filming and Photography Fees are based on a basic service package plus additional services charged according to the specific requirements of a production, with all prices stated exclusive of VAT.
In addition to the Filming and Photography Fees, the General Terms and Conditions for Filming and Photography at ACI Marinas also apply, setting out in detail the rules and procedures relating to the organisation and execution of filming activities. The document lays down the procedure and time limits for submission of applications, financial terms, deposit payment obligations, as well as the marina’s right to cancel or suspend/terminate activities in the event of operational, safety or other justified reasons. Particular emphasis is placed on safety, the uninterrupted operation of the marinas, boaters’ comfort, and the protection of ACI’s reputation. The document also regulates matters relating to liability and insurance.
All productions and organisers are required to conduct their activities responsibly, professionally and in a discreet manner, in compliance with all safety and operational rules applicable at the marinas.
