This web page and all websites that it incorporates (together, „site“ or „website“  are given at disposition by ACI. By using this website you accept the terms and conditions of use stated below. If you do not accept the conditions, do not use this website. From time to time, ACI can change the Privacy statement and the General terms and conditions of use that refer to this website. It is your responsibility to check frequently the site. All information ACI requested is used solely for the following purposes:
  • provide the services that you request from ACI;
  • manage your berth bookings;
  • improve your stay in the marina;
  • manage the ACI fidelity program;
  • use of your feedback to improve our ACI services;
  • provide services after the stay: subscription the ACI newsletter, inclusion in the ACI system for giveaways, other marketing communications and marketing activities aimed at informing about the ACI services and products;
  • ACI internal statistical analysis;
ACI responsibly guarantees that the provided information will be used only for that purpose. The purpose of use of the information is to establish contact with you (in order to send you information by mail, fax, e-mail, phone, and similar), If there was a need to contact you quickly, or in order to access the statistical data processing, but only for ACI’ internal needs and market research. Since ACI does not knowingly collect personal data of persons under the age of 18, ACI would appreciate that your children do not submit any personal information without your permission. If you choose to participate in activities in the social media, which are sponsored by ACI, it is possible that ACI will collect certain information from your user’s account in the social media according to your settings for social media services. However, no security system or system for data transmission over the internet cannot be considered completely safe. For your personal safety, it is recommended that in the e-mails you send to ACI you do not specify details on your credit card.
6. Protection of children’s personal information
ACI advises parents and caregivers to teach children about safe and responsible handling of personal data on the Internet. ACI does not want and does not intend to collect personal information from persons under the age of 18, ACI will not in any way use or disclose them to third parties except in the case of promotional games on the Internet. In cases where children under the age of 18 years are allowed to participate in giveaways, ACI requires the child to first ask for permission to participate from their parents or legal guardians, and to enter the e-mail address of their parents or legal guardians. If a child under 18 wins a prize, the parents or guardians will be notified by e-mail, telephone or in writing. Personal data of the child and the parents are deleted from the ACI database if the parents request it as parents or guardians.
