**In case of an instalment payment, the entire amount defined by the Annual Berthing Contract, according to the valid Price list of ACI d.d., shall be increased by 2%; each instalment of 50% of the total contracted value (the total value defined by the Contract includes the fee for boat cradles and trestles when stipulating the Annual Berthing Contract for dry berthing); the first instalment is due within 7 days from the date of entry into force of the Contract; the second instalment is due within six months from the date of entry into force of the Contract.

ACI reserves the right the verify the length of the vessel by measuring it and to calculate the price according to the actual dimensions determined by measurement (length over all). The reservation shall be valid following advance payment of 30% of the total fee.

Documents:
The following documents are to be submitted for the conclusion of the Contract:

For natural persons:
1. A copy of the navigation licence or vessel registration certificate (or other document of the same content as of the herein indicated documents);
2. A copy of the valid passport or identification card of the owner/user;
3. A copy of the valid boat insurance policy;
4. Inventory List;
5. TAX Identification Number (TIN) for owners/users being EU residents;
6. Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies in the relative country or by other corresponding Registrar (only for vessels owned by legal entities);
7. Authorization to enter into Agreement (unless the Agreement is concluded by the owner or unless the Power of Representation of a person willing to enter into Agreement derives from the Certificate of Incorporation – only for vessels owned by legal entities);
8. Bill of Transfer (the document proving the User’s right to use the vessel, if the end User is not the Owner of the vessel);
9. Certificate of Entry into the territorial waters of the Republic of Croatia / entry to land area, not older than 18 months (for vessels not flying the flags of the EU member states);
The documentation is to be submitted not later than 1 (one) day prior to the scheduled start date of the Contract. Otherwise, it shall not be possible to conclude the Contract.
