The catchphrase “The best with the best” proved to be successful once again – on the way to the title of world champions, ACI proudly accompanied the Croatian water polo players

President of the Management Board Kristijan Pavić and members of the Management Board, Ph.D. Ivan Herak and Josip Ostrogović hosted the captain of the Croatian water polo team, Ivan Krapić, and member of the coaching staff, Igor Pezelj, in the company’s premises. The gold medal winners shared their experiences from the just concluded World Championship in Doha, and the meeting was rounded off by presenting a signed T-shirt to the President of the Management Board by the captain of the national team. On that occasion, ACI d.d., one of the biggest promoters of Croatian sports and a friend of numerous top athletes, contributed to another exceptional success of national sports.

The management of ACI presented the guests with certificates of appreciation and special gifts, and the captain of the Croatian water polo team, Ivan Krapić, presented a signed T-shirt and concluded: “I am extremely happy that as a generation we managed to show our exceptional quality and potential, first at the European, and then at the world water polo scene. Croatian water polo once again demonstrated its strength and I believe in great results of this generation. The gold medal deservedly belongs to everyone who supported us on our sports journey. The title of world champions of the Croatian water polo team is a continuation of the exceptional sports story that began in January, when the Croatian water polo players won silver at the European Championships in Zagreb in front of their home crowd. Already in the summer, when the Olympic Games in Paris are scheduled, we will witness the further development of events. The Olympic Games will bring together numerous Croatian athletes, and Croatian water polo will traditionally have ACI alongside it.
