Join us at the second Skradin Sailboat Regatta and open the nautical season with top sailing on the beautiful Prokljan Lake and the great ambience of the ACI marina Skradin
ACI opened last year’s nautical season with the first-ever Skradin Sailboat Regatta, which gathered an impressive international fleet of 19 crews in the beautiful ambience of the ACI marina Skradin and the even more beautiful Prokljan Lake. The great satisfaction of all participants and the great atmosphere motivated us to symbolically start the new nautical season in this way – the Skradin Sailboat Regatta. The organizer of the regatta is KON TIKI EVENTS, and in addition to ACI, which hosts the regatta, the regatta is actively supported by the City of Skradin and the Tourist Board of the City of Skradin. Therefore, we are pleased to invite all sailing enthusiasts to open a new nautical season with us at the second Skradin Cruiser Regatta, which will run from Friday, April 1 to Sunday, April 3, 2022. The first race will take place on Friday afternoon, while is pole vaulting reserved for Saturday. All interested sailors can apply to participate in this exciting regatta as early as February 2, 2022, at 22:22.
The winter break is slowly coming to an end and we are looking forward to the beginning of the new nautical season and returning to the open sea. Moreover, our favourite dose of sun and wind in our sails is closer than it seems because we are only two months away from the official opening of the 2022 nautical season. by issuing this in many ways special regatta. Last year we had the opportunity to enjoy a perfect sunny weekend with a south wind of up to 20 knots and we hope that the same conditions will honour us this year, to reopen the sailing season in a true sporting and competitive spirit. Finally, all other conditions for a perfect sailing weekend are offered by the ACI marina Skradin, as well as this truly special and picturesque town in which it is located.
